since my trip back from the UAE, I have been lazy and unmotivated. I don’t have an excuse for this behaviour (though I did work 7 days straight from the day after I arrived before I had a break, and I’m in between a career transition and Indian holidays and food), but I need to get back on track. I haven’t been to a gym in almost 2 weeks. I haven’t worked out. I haven’t controlled my diet. I’ve been a lazy bummmmmm and I hate it. I hate my lack of motivation. I was so strong just 3 weeks ago, wtf.

Okay I’m going to bed. Back on track tomorrow. Packing gym clothes in my bag as we speak. Come on girlie.

I’m done letting these mindsets rule.  I’m strong.  I’m healthy.  I’m young.  Learn to breathe.  I should not be thinking about food all the time.  While I eat, I think about what I’m eating next or how I’m going to work off some of the calories. 
That’s such bull!
We aren’t supposed to live that way, so I’m done.  Think back to when I first started playing soccer.  Food was fuel or a treat.  Exercise was fun!  And hey, I like fun, which is why I play quidditch.  I like running and yoga and core work, but I shouldn’t feel so obligated to do it.  I shouldn’t try and follow these weird standards.  “Work out before breakfast.  Intermittent fasting.  Every four hours, eat!”  Nope. 
I’m going to get over this, and be normal, happy, and healthy.

MIA OOPS SRY LOL [body fat loss]

Sorry I’ve been MIA, my laptop only seems to work in safe mode and I’m too impatient to wait for safe mode to boot up half the time. Work is being work, and the workouts are going great. Had a rest day today - I really, really needed a rest day, not just from working out but to catch up on my sleep.

Here’s a link that has a few good tips on losing body fat for females. It’s one of those websites that has sooooo many awkward e-books to try out, but the tips in the beginning arereallyuseful. I agree with them 150%. Here goes youuu:

SQUATS

I just wanted to say that at one of my heaviest weights, when I had joined a gym and was oozing with fat and ridiculousness and barely went once a week, I could not do a squat.

Today I can squat like a motherfucking BOSS. I circuit and gym and am active at work and eat like a pig (80% of the time I eat well, 20% of the time I screw up a bit, but no regrets) and I can squat and I have a nice butt and I just feel good.

I am going to break out of 69. I’m stuck at 69, and I want to break out of the 65+s by December, and if I hit this target, that’ll be 5 kilos of FAT not in my body anymore and 5 kilos of fat may mean I can wear a cute bikini at the beach when my family goes to Bali (my first time!)

I can’t wait for Saturday, when I can gym in the morning. Tomorrow, I shall rest my lazy butt after 2 days of intense gymming and one day of circuit training.

I’m sorry I’m rambling I am just really excited for the future.
