MIA OOPS SRY LOL [body fat loss]
Sorry I’ve been MIA, my laptop only seems to work in safe mode and I’m too impatient to wait for safe mode to boot up half the time. Work is being work, and the workouts are going great. Had a rest day today - I really, really needed a rest day, not just from working out but to catch up on my sleep.
Here’s a link that has a few good tips on losing body fat for females. It’s one of those websites that has sooooo many awkward e-books to try out, but the tips in the beginning arereallyuseful. I agree with them 150%. Here goes youuu:
SQUATS
I just wanted to say that at one of my heaviest weights, when I had joined a gym and was oozing with fat and ridiculousness and barely went once a week, I could not do a squat.
Today I can squat like a motherfucking BOSS. I circuit and gym and am active at work and eat like a pig (80% of the time I eat well, 20% of the time I screw up a bit, but no regrets) and I can squat and I have a nice butt and I just feel good.
I am going to break out of 69. I’m stuck at 69, and I want to break out of the 65+s by December, and if I hit this target, that’ll be 5 kilos of FAT not in my body anymore and 5 kilos of fat may mean I can wear a cute bikini at the beach when my family goes to Bali (my first time!)
I can’t wait for Saturday, when I can gym in the morning. Tomorrow, I shall rest my lazy butt after 2 days of intense gymming and one day of circuit training.
I’m sorry I’m rambling I am just really excited for the future.
Yoga for the Splits
Print this out and practice these poses everyday to gain flexibility for the splits. Start by holding each pose for 30 seconds on each side. Work your way up to 1-3 minutes as your muscles start to open up. When you’re ready to try the splits use a block or pillow under your front leg for support until you feel ready to go without.

A fan of nuts? Eat lots of almonds. Almonds have more calcium than other nuts, and boasts the ability to improve memory, complexion and regular pooping!
Restarting the 30 DS day 2
uh yeah I was sore all of yesterday, so I took an unprecedented “rest day”. I’m gonna do a quick circuit before work and have ALLTHEENERGYINTHEWORLDTOFOLDCLOTHESANDDOOTHERNONSENSICALTHINGS

I’ve taken to having ridiculously heavy breakfasts because I only get a break at 5 or 6, and because my eating schedule is pretty regular, this wreaks havoc on my hungry tummy and body. Like really, no food from 10.30 to 5pm? Come on! I started taking almonds to work but I can’t exactly take almond-breaks, although if my colleagues can take smoke breaks I certainly should.
On to the workout!
