MIA OOPS SRY LOL [body fat loss]

Sorry I’ve been MIA, my laptop only seems to work in safe mode and I’m too impatient to wait for safe mode to boot up half the time. Work is being work, and the workouts are going great. Had a rest day today - I really, really needed a rest day, not just from working out but to catch up on my sleep.

Here’s a link that has a few good tips on losing body fat for females. It’s one of those websites that has sooooo many awkward e-books to try out, but the tips in the beginning arereallyuseful. I agree with them 150%. Here goes youuu:

Restarting the 30 DS day 2

uh yeah I was sore all of yesterday, so I took an unprecedented “rest day”. I’m gonna do a quick circuit before work and have ALLTHEENERGYINTHEWORLDTOFOLDCLOTHESANDDOOTHERNONSENSICALTHINGS

I’ve taken to having ridiculously heavy breakfasts because I only get a break at 5 or 6, and because my eating schedule is pretty regular, this wreaks havoc on my hungry tummy and body. Like really, no food from 10.30 to 5pm? Come on! I started taking almonds to work but I can’t exactly take almond-breaks, although if my colleagues can take smoke breaks I certainly should.

On to the workout!

hello guys

had a good workout today - a quick 1.5mi run, circuit and yoga! my plan for tomorrow is to go grocery shopping before 4 days of crappy shifts at work. gah. I wish I could make money working out!! I have to start bringing food to work because the food in the mall is expensive and not very appetizing. oh well!

I also spent a great deal of time with Steve and we had a silly day full of silly conversation! we watched the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I miss him something terrible :( I usually try to delay my workouts until after we’ve had our morning together, and I sometimes just do a quick circuit whilst he watches. hahahaha my mum thinks I’m an idiot.
